I grew up in the Dale-Selby neighborhood of Saint Paul. To be more
exact, we lived in the upstairs of a duplex just off the corner of Dayton
and St. Albans, one block from Dale and one block from Selby.
But the actual movie wasn't the big event—it was the walk home. With complete abandon and total unselfconsciousness, we acted all of our favorite scenes from the movie we had just seen.
Quotes from Saint Paulites

—Jim Scheibel, Saint Paul mayor
“My countrymen respond to poetry... By reviving memories and traditions dear to all Armenians, and connecting them in verse or story with the principles of patriotism, morality and good citizenship... I try to spread the gospel of Americanism.”
—Krikor Keljik, Armenian-born Saint Paul poet
“The fact that I am a professional musician has helped me greatly in becoming a writer... In both disciplines, inexplicable and magical moments occur, beyond technique or any amount of preparation or study.”
